Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Eligible Reasons for Return
We currently accept returns in the following case:
- Wrong item received – You received a different product from what you ordered.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, the item must meet both of the following conditions:
- The item shows no visible damage — it must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- You must include your receipt or proof of purchase when returning the item.
How We Resolve It
Once your return is reviewed and approved, you can choose between:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- A replacement of the correct item.
