How long does delivery take?
Orders within Nairobi are delivered in 1–3 business days. For the rest of Kenya, please allow 3–7 business days.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver nationwide across Kenya. Whether you’re in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, or anywhere else in the country, we’ve got you covered.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Can I pick up my order?
We currently offer delivery only — there is no in-store pickup option at this time.
Payments
Do you accept M-Pesa?
Yes! M-Pesa is our primary payment method. When you check out, you’ll receive a payment prompt directly on your phone — simply enter your M-Pesa PIN to complete the transaction.
What other payment methods do you accept?
In addition to M-Pesa, we accept debit and credit cards and other mobile money options available at checkout.
Is it safe to pay on mchina.store?
Absolutely. All transactions on our site are secured and encrypted. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

How do I track my order?
Visit our Order Tracking page, enter your order number and billing email address, and you’ll see the latest status of your shipment.
I haven’t received a confirmation email — what should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, reach out to us at hello@mchina.store and we’ll resend it for you.
My order is late — what do I do?
We’re sorry for the delay! Please contact us at hello@mchina.store with your order number and we’ll look into it right away.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if you received the wrong item. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt. See our full Return Policy for details.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at hello@mchina.store with your order number and photos of the item you received. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Will I get a refund or a replacement?
That’s your choice! Once your return is approved, you can opt for either a full refund or a replacement item — whichever you prefer.
